Sales Recruiter – DACH Markets (Hybrid, 12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to support our client’s Sales Recruiting team, focusing on the DACH markets. The role blends hands‑on talent sourcing with data‑driven recruiting analytics, market intelligence and operational excellence to secure top GTM and sales talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and assess candidates for GTM, sales and technology positions across the DACH region.
• Produce recruiting analytics and market intelligence reports to guide hiring strategies.
• Maintain and optimise the use of CRM/ATS and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Drive operational excellence by tracking metrics and improving sourcing workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Strong background recruiting for GTM, sales or technology roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting for German/DACH markets is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting systems, CRM/ATS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau (preferred).
