Sales Recruiter – Full‑time Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑cycle Sales Recruiter to join our Employee Success team in Dublin. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with sales and customer‑success leadership to attract top talent and support the growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and hire professionals for Sales and Customer Success functions across the company.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team to design and execute talent‑acquisition programs and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships with senior hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment strategy.
• Conduct proactive networking, cold‑calling, and deep‑dive research to uncover passive candidates.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven ability to source and place passive candidates, especially from technology markets.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey the company value proposition.
• Experience influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the hiring cycle.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven sourcing techniques.
