Sales Support

About the role

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will provide operational and administrative assistance to the sales team. You will act as a key interface between customers, sales colleagues and internal departments, helping to achieve sales objectives and deliver responsive, customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with day‑to‑day account management tasks for key customers.
• Process contracts and purchase orders, ensuring accurate entry into internal IT systems.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Supply Chain and other functions to address customer quality and regulatory enquiries.
• Track and follow up on customer and sales requests, delivering timely responses.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in commercial support or sales administration.
• Fluent English; a second language is a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
