About the role
The Sales Trainer – CL10 will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that empower sales teams to achieve their targets. Working closely with managers and learning leaders, you will create engaging instructor‑led sessions, e‑learning modules, assessments and certifications.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate instructor‑led training courses for new hires and experienced sales staff.
- Develop training resources, e‑learning courses, exams and certification pathways.
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend learning interventions aligned with business goals.
- Maintain and administer the Learning Management System, including course registration, surveys and reporting.
- Establish feedback loops between learners and leadership to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and professional development guidance to managers and employees.
- Identify and propose improvements to streamline training delivery and reduce business risk.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training, talent development, coaching or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a cloud, AI or technology‑focused environment.
- Experience working with sales teams or delivering sales‑related training.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Understanding of full‑cycle learning development, ROI assessment and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with project‑management methodologies and tools.
