SAP Program Manager – Dublin, Ireland

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead multi‑site SAP initiatives in Dublin. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of implementations, rollouts, development and AMS services while ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, quality and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle of SAP programs across multiple locations.
• Manage financial aspects of Statements of Work, billing milestones and change requests.
• Serve as primary escalation point for clients, steering committees and strategic partners.
• Establish and run PMO operations, including RAID logs, dependency tracking and quality gates.
• Drive capacity planning and lead global delivery teams.
• Support pre‑sales activities such as scoping assessments, resource estimations and solution proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale SAP programs, preferably S/4HANA.
• Strong commercial and P&L management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills at executive level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage risks.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA architecture and deployment methodologies (SAP Activate).
