SAP Program Manager – Dublin

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead multi‑site SAP implementations, rollouts, development and AMS activities in Dublin, Ireland. The role ensures delivery excellence while managing scope, schedule, quality and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑site SAP programs, including implementations, rollouts, development and Application Management Services.
• Manage financial aspects of Statements of Work, billing milestones, vendor performance and change requests.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, steering committees and strategic partners.
• Establish and run PMO operations, track RAID logs, dependencies and quality gates, and lead capacity planning for global delivery teams.
• Support pre‑sales activities by providing scoping assessments, resource estimates, solution proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, core business processes and SAP Activate deployment methodology.
• Strong leadership with cross‑functional team management and executive‑level communication.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SAP Activate/S/4HANA are strongly preferred.
