SAP Project Manager

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join its growing team in Ireland. You will lead SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud implementation programmes, working closely with senior client and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud projects.
• Handle senior stakeholder relationships on both client and internal sides.
• Lead mid‑size to enterprise‑scale projects independently, from design through to go‑live.
• Participate in design and architecture workshops with clients.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring work stays on track and within financial limits.
• Apply LeanIX methodology and oversee SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (cALM) and Signavio activities.
• Operate effectively under high‑pressure conditions with tight delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong delivery management background with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead projects autonomously from inception to completion.
• Working knowledge of LeanIX methodology.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (cALM) and Signavio.
• Comfortable managing CXO‑level client interactions.
