Seasonal Sales Associate – Dublin

About the role

As part of the Retail team, you’ll join the Dublin store as a Sales Associate on a fixed‑term, full‑time or part‑time basis. You will provide exceptional customer service and support the management team in achieving sales and operational goals during the busy Christmas and sales periods.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium and tailored customer service experience
• Provide in‑depth knowledge of the brand and its products
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store
• Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador

Required profile

• Passion for premium or luxury products
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment
• Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making abilities

• Good written and verbal communication skills
