About the role

Join the festive team at Longford Forest and bring the magic of Christmas to life for our guests. As a Seasonal Santa's Elf you will help create unforgettable holiday experiences, delivering cheer and exceptional service throughout the winter season.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in Santa's Woodland Workshop and Winter Wonderland.
• Perform cheerful entertainment and elfish antics to delight children and families.
• Support seasonal events such as Santa's Greetings and Brunch with Santa.
• Maintain a joyful atmosphere and uphold the spirit of Christmas at all times.
• Work evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with premium pay for Sunday hours.

Required profile

• Cheerful, enthusiastic and approachable attitude, especially under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and adults.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the Christmas/seasonal spirit.
• Willingness to complete Garda vetting before starting.
