Security Specialist – Flexible 24/7 Shifts

About the role

The Security Specialist will help maintain a high‑quality physical security posture for G4S’s clients in Dublin, protecting employees, assets and reputation while aligning with corporate culture and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and act as the first point of contact for visitors.
• Patrol client premises, monitor CCTV systems and manage access control points.
• Write clear incident and activity reports.
• Ensure safety and security of buildings, assets and personnel.
• Work collaboratively with team members and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in corporate security operations.
• Valid PSA Security Guarding Licence.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity and ability to foster a culture of trust.
