Selling Partner Associate – English/French (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

Amazon is looking for bilingual (English and French) Selling Partner Associates to join its virtual support team in Ireland. You will work from home, assisting third‑party sellers and vendors on the Amazon marketplace through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support to Amazon sellers and vendors via phone, email and chat.
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communications while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document all interactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and attend regular training sessions.
• Troubleshoot product‑related questions and guide sellers on Amazon’s platforms.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, from 7 am to 10 pm.
• Ability to work remotely from any province in Ireland.
• Interest in continuous process improvement and learning.
