Senior 3D Creative Designer

About the role

Real Nation is seeking a Senior 3D Creative Designer to lead the creative development of live experiences, brand activations, exhibitions, corporate events, and immersive environments. You will shape concepts from brief to final delivery, ensuring they are compelling, feasible, and aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of experiential, event, activation, exhibition, and branded environment projects.
• Translate client briefs into overall concepts, visual direction, spatial approaches, and key experience moments.
• Create moodboards, iterative design options, high‑quality 3D visuals, renders, layouts, and client‑ready presentations.
• Direct the look and feel across spatial design, branding, graphics, signage, and environmental outputs.
• Collaborate with project managers, producers, designers, suppliers, contractors, and fabrication partners to ensure practical and high‑standard delivery.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork and design files for print, fabrication, digital display, and event execution.
• Attend site visits, surveys, installations, and live events as needed.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in creative design for experiential and event projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking combined with practical design execution.
• Excellent communication and client‑presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative ambition with budget, timeline, and build constraints.
