Senior Analyst, Customer Onboarding and Partnership

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead technical solution design and drive customer onboarding for its Emerging Data Signals group. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver secure, innovative Open Finance and digital payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
• Ensure solutions meet Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define solution scope.
• Maintain high‑quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong Java development and object‑oriented design expertise.
• Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack.
• Proven experience leading customer implementations and integrating APIs/SDKs.
• Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience creating repeatable processes, standards, and documentation.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
