Senior Architect – Dublin

About the role

Reddy Architecture & Urbanism is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Dublin studio. The role involves leading design and delivery phases for medium to large residential projects while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility studies and contribute to brief development.
• Coordinate procurement of surveys, site investigations and related reporting.
• Produce design proposals, technical drawings and production documentation using Revit and traditional methods.
• Develop project briefs, design programmes and deliverable lists, understanding procurement methods and contract forms.
• Lead detailed design, manage the design team and coordinate input from professional consultants.
• Liaise with statutory authorities and prepare approval documentation.
• Assist in tender evaluation, programme scheduling and site inspections.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture and registration with the RIAI.
• Proven experience on medium to large residential projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
