Senior Associate – Internal Audit

About the role

Davy is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Internal Audit team. You will work on a variety of audit projects across the Group, gaining exposure to operational, financial and digital risk areas while supporting the development of the IA strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist IA management in developing and delivering the annual audit plan and meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Plan, execute and report on risk‑based audits covering operational, financial and liquidity/capital risk management.
• Contribute to the enhancement of digital audit, data analytics and visualisation capabilities.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations.
• Support business units in risk identification and control advice.
• Coordinate audit team activities, schedule tasks and ensure timely delivery of audit reports.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in internal audit, risk, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory environment and internal control evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑growing team.
