Senior CloudOps Engineer

About the role

Learnosity is seeking a Senior CloudOps Engineer to design, build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers its AI‑first assessment platform. This hybrid position will work across a global team to ensure highly available, scalable and secure services for millions of learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate a modern AWS‑based cloud environment supporting AI‑driven products.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex incidents and develop proactive alerting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design teams to integrate new features and ensure seamless delivery.
• Continuously improve the platform’s scalability, security and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in cloud operations or site reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for building impactful products at scale.

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – compute, networking, storage and security services.
