Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager to strengthen its regulatory framework in Ireland. You will act as a trusted compliance partner, ensuring the firm meets evolving regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Compliance Ireland to maintain the regulatory compliance framework and governance.
• Coordinate responses to Central Bank of Ireland enquiries and regulatory requests.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance forums and driving compliance actions.
• Oversee operational risk events and compliance incidents, ensuring proper escalation and reporting.
• Analyse management information to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.
• Assist in overseeing the AML/CTF framework and ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Provide day‑to‑day compliance guidance, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on impact and implementation.
• Contribute to senior‑management compliance reports and governance committee materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, governance and AML/CTF oversight within the financial services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to work closely with senior business leaders and regulators.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret regulatory changes and assess business impact.
• Effective communication skills for translating complex requirements into actionable guidance.
