About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based at St. Luke's General Hospital in Kilkenny. It is open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants and is part of the HSE Dublin and South East health region. The role is for a senior‑grade pharmacist specialising in compounding.

Key responsibilities

Compounding of medications in accordance with hospital protocols.
Ensuring quality and safety standards for all compounded products.

Required profile

Registered pharmacist holding a senior grade position.
Experience working in a hospital pharmacy environment.

Required skills

Pharmaceutical compounding (sterile and non‑sterile).
