Senior Consultant – Technology Resilience & Digital Risk

About the role

EY is expanding its FS Technology Consulting practice in Dublin and is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the fast‑growing Technology Resilience & Digital Risk team. You will help financial services clients manage digital risk, improve resilience and build confidence in their technology landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain recognised technical expertise in AI & Data Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Operational Resilience, IT & Cyber Risk Management, Digital Resilience, IT Internal Audit support and Third‑Party Risk Transformation.
• Execute client engagements on the above topics, reporting daily to Managers or Senior Managers.
• Support business development activities such as pursuits, proposals, events and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through strong delivery and engagement.
• Draft engagement deliverables and workpapers for senior review.
• Adhere to EY risk‑management procedures and quality standards throughout assignments.
• Build and maintain networks with service‑line champions locally, regionally and globally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑channel, technology‑enabled transformation projects within Financial Services.
• Strong background in digital platforms, risk and resilience frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client‑facing environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
