Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

This senior position will shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem across brand, product marketing, editorial content, website messaging and social channels. You will define strategies that strengthen market positioning, improve customer engagement and support commercial growth while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the multi‑channel content and communication strategy across product marketing, brand, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, set priorities, manage communication calendars and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Create, edit and optimise high‑quality communication materials while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that support product marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, design, SEO and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements and drive conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social‑media content and ensure consistent messaging.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies and emerging formats to continuously improve communication practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content management, communications or product marketing at a senior level.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex product information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
