Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to drive subscription growth for a fast‑scaling digital education platform serving over one million users. Working remotely, you will lead high‑impact experimentation across the customer journey, turning data‑driven insights into measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across the full conversion funnel.
• Maintain a prioritized experimentation pipeline based on business impact, effort and learning potential.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts and stakeholders to translate ideas into high‑quality experiments.
• Use analytics, customer insights and competitive research to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor experiment performance, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Share learnings and outcomes transparently across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing, website optimisation or related experimentation roles.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through testing.
• Experience in fast‑paced testing environments, balancing speed, quality and learning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
