Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes (Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and operate CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes platforms for a multi‑region, multi‑tenant environment in Dublin. The role focuses on automation, security and developer experience across our cloud‑native services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable micro‑service deployments.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes‑based platforms that are secure, scalable and developer‑friendly.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Helm.
• Enhance observability, monitoring and alerting to proactively detect issues.
• Embed security and compliance controls into delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment processes and improve runtime performance.
• Promote modern DevOps and platform‑engineering best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps or platform engineering supporting distributed cloud systems.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS services and cloud‑native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration and service deployment patterns.
• Extensive experience with Terraform, Helm and infrastructure‑as‑code automation.
• Track record of building and operating CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of Docker, containerisation and automation fundamentals.
• Familiarity with modern observability tools and best practices.
• Commitment to creating scalable, repeatable and secure delivery workflows.
