Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Protex AI is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and operation of cloud‑native and edge infrastructure that powers its AI‑driven safety platform. You will work with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, secure and cost‑effective services at global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both cloud and edge deployments.
• Design and operate scalable observability and monitoring solutions.
• Ensure system reliability, uptime and health across multiple regions.
• Maintain environment parity (development, staging, production) and enforce security best practices.
• Deploy infrastructure as code using Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS services while complying with GDPR and other regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide a seamless developer experience and troubleshoot production issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven track record of improving reliability and system health.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously.
