Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist

About the role

Okta is seeking a Senior EMEA Marketing Programs Specialist to scale integrated marketing execution across the EMEA region. The role will drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and improve campaign scalability for both new‑business and customer‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support integrated marketing programs across EMEA, covering email, paid media, webinars, events, content syndication and digital campaigns.
• Manage campaign workflows, timelines, approvals, localization, dependencies and launch readiness for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Own execution of selected acquisition campaigns, coordinating multi‑channel efforts to generate pipeline.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Performance Marketing, xDR, Sales, Marketing Operations and regional stakeholders to align execution with business priorities.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to increase execution speed, reporting accuracy, content adaptation and overall operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in campaign execution, project management and operational coordination.
• Ability to manage several programs simultaneously across teams, markets and channels.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and an AI‑first mindset.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
