Senior GTM Coach (Director/VP Level) – Remote (UK/IE/Europe)

About the role

Mento is seeking experienced senior sales leaders to join its coaching team as GTM Coaches. In this remote, contract‑based role you will partner one‑on‑one with members, helping them set clear goals, improve leadership, and enhance workplace fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions using the Mento platform and tools.
• Support members between sessions via email or the Mento app chat.
• Participate in ongoing ICF‑certified coach training to master Mento’s methodology.
• Contribute coaching tools and insights to the broader Mento coaching community.
• Act as an ambassador of kindness, respect, and empathy within the community.

Required profile

• Director, Vice President, or senior sales leader with 20+ years of experience managing sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to coach individuals; formal coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• High emotional intelligence and a commitment to creating safe, supportive coaching spaces.
• Comfortable in a fast‑changing startup environment and able to commit at least 12 hours per month for 24 months.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and the Mento platform.
