Senior HR Business Partner – European Commercial

About the role

This interim position supports a leading international consumer and commercial organisation, partnering with senior commercial leaders across Europe. You will help drive organisational performance, talent outcomes and business growth in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end HR partnership to European commercial leaders, influencing organisational effectiveness, talent and change agendas.
• Act as a trusted advisor on leadership capability, succession planning, talent development and employee engagement.
• Support transformation and change initiatives, including workforce planning and organisational design.
• Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver people programmes and use data‑driven insights for decision‑making.
• Coach senior leaders to enhance performance and capability.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, preferably within commercial, sales, marketing or customer‑facing functions.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of aligning people strategy to business objectives.
• Broad generalist HR expertise covering talent, employee relations, organisational design and change management.
