Senior HR Consultant – TUPE & Employee Relations

About the role

The Senior HR Consultant will support TUPE/ARD transfers, employee relations and HR business partnering across TCS Ireland. Working closely with business leaders, you will deliver strategic HR solutions, manage complex organisational change and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end TUPE/ARD transfers, including insourcing and workforce planning.
• Partner with customers, HR teams and suppliers throughout transfer processes.
• Lead complex employee‑relations matters such as restructuring, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Provide expert advice on Irish employment law and risk mitigation.
• Develop and deliver ER strategies aligned to business needs and maintain legally compliant documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy, talent management and organisational design.
• Support transformation programmes, drive engagement initiatives and champion diversity, equity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, TUPE/ARD and restructuring.
• Proven experience managing complex employee‑relations issues and stakeholder negotiations.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
• High emotional intelligence with the capacity to manage sensitive situations.
• Resilient, pragmatic and results‑focused attitude.
