Senior HR Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our well‑established, project‑driven organisation in South Dublin. You will work on‑site, supporting a growing workforce by streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance, and providing data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the optimisation of HR processes and systems for efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for people policies and procedures.
• Assist the HR Director with performance management, goal‑setting and reviews.
• Manage the HR database, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality.
• Partner with project teams to address employee‑relations issues and provide recommendations.
• Create and automate regular and ad‑hoc HR reporting, including dashboards and absence reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for line managers and employees on HR matters.
• Contribute to HR projects such as Diversity & Inclusion and Continuous Professional Development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Influence senior stakeholders to adopt key HR recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, governance, data management and analysis.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, scalable environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
