Senior Implementation Consultant – RIMS (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of its Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) suite for life‑science customers across the EU/UK. The role is fully remote and focuses on translating global regulatory requirements into cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Design and configure the Vault Regulatory suite, including Registrations, Submissions, Archive, and Publishing modules.
• Conduct workshops to gather configuration requirements, prototype solutions, and document designs.
• Manage program and project activities such as resource planning, cross‑functional team leadership, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior consultants and help develop consulting best practices.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering system implementations in life sciences or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of drug development processes and regulatory submission workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive high‑satisfaction outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault and other regulatory information management platforms.
• Familiarity with systems such as PAREXEL/LIQUENT InSight, CSC Regulatory Tracker, ArisGlobal Register, OpenText, SharePoint, Documentum, FirstDoc/FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, Lorenz Docubridge, Extedo eCTD Manager, Master Control, Trackwise.
• Knowledge of life‑science compliance and computer systems validation requirements.
• Technical aptitude to design, configure, and implement cloud‑based RIM solutions.
