Senior Learning Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Vantive is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to shape the learning experience across its EMEA operations. In this highly visible regional position you will partner with leaders, learning professionals and operational teams to identify needs, drive initiatives and ensure compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across EMEA to identify learning and capability development needs.
• Align regional learning requirements with global programs and standards.
• Drive regional learning initiatives, promote training standardisation and share best practices.
• Support learning professionals and site leaders in delivering effective GMP and compliance training.
• Analyse training metrics to improve learning effectiveness and reduce risk.
• Act as the regional subject‑matter expert for learning systems, tools, processes and programmes.
• Deliver trainer‑qualification programmes, onboarding and learning workshops throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing training or learning programmes across multiple countries.
• Successful background in training development within a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Strong project‑management, stakeholder‑engagement, consulting and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships across cultures and organisational levels.
• Analytical mindset with experience using learning technologies and data to drive decisions.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
