Senior Litigation Counsel, EMEA

About the role

Our Global Litigation Team provides key support for TikTok and its family of products, delivering integrated legal guidance to enable business ambitions. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to lead end‑to‑end litigation matters across Europe, reporting to the Head of Litigation, EMEA and AMA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation in Europe, including pre‑action correspondence, e‑discovery, fact‑finding, witness preparation, and trial presentation.
• Supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure high‑quality legal representation, strategy, written work, and oral advocacy.
• Provide independent legal advice on complex matters, contracts, and investigation responses with minimal supervision.
• Identify and evaluate legal risk, consult with stakeholders, and make well‑informed recommendations.
• Mentor junior members of the litigation team and keep the regional team apprised of developments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing litigation in Europe.
• Qualified lawyer in one or more jurisdictions where TikTok operates.
• Strong teamwork and people skills, able to engage with all organizational levels.
