Senior Manager Change & Business Readiness

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Change & Business Readiness for complex transformation releases within the Transcend Programme. The role focuses on Deliver capabilities – Logistics, Distribution, Customer Excellence and Global Trade Services – ensuring seamless integration of business readiness with technical deployment across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate change, engagement, training and adoption activities for assigned releases, from impact assessment through hyper‑care.
• Own adoption outcomes for the Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) value stream, driving behavioral adoption rather than mere activity completion.
• Act as subject‑matter leader for logistics execution, order management, customer excellence and trade compliance.
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence and GTS, translating impacts into site‑level action plans and persona‑based adoption strategies.
• Enable localisation of impacts across regions and ensure alignment with end‑to‑end OTC process flows.
• Partner with Deployment Leads and Value Stream Leaders to synchronize technical rollout with business readiness.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in change management and business readiness within large‑scale ERP transformations.
• Deep knowledge of logistics, distribution, order‑to‑cash, customer excellence and Global Trade Services processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving adoption outcomes and managing hyper‑care periods.
