Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting Services (Assurance)

About the role

Join PwC's Assurance practice as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Reporting Services team. You will specialise in sustainability and corporate reporting, providing technical guidance on IFRS, GAAP and emerging ESG standards to audit and non‑audit engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support on complex sustainability reporting topics, including the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, ESRS and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
• Analyse the consistency between financial statements and other corporate reports for client engagements.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments from Irish, European and global bodies.
• Participate in Global CRS network calls, contribute to technical papers and internal practice guides.
• Develop and deliver training on financial and sustainability reporting to internal and external audiences.
• Conduct pre‑issuance technical reviews of large clients' sustainability reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in audit, technical accounting or related roles.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, AIA or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of complex transactions and commercial drivers.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Irish GAAP and UK GAAP.
• Familiarity with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
• Knowledge of IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
• Technical expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks.
