Senior Manager, Employee Lifecycle Operations – EMEA

About the role

CoreWeave is expanding its EMEA footprint and needs a senior leader to design, build, and operate the employment lifecycle across the region. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will lead a small team of specialists and partner with HR, legal, payroll, IT, and finance to deliver seamless onboarding, off‑boarding, job changes, contracts, and employee inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end EMEA employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, job changes, statutory leave, and contract management.
• Design and maintain Workday workflows and ensure data integrity for all EMEA employees.
• Coordinate country‑specific compliance, employment law, and benefits administration.
• Build and scale operational readiness for new country launches.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal, IT, and Finance to align regional operations with the global model.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR operations or people services, preferably in a fast‑growing, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong understanding of EMEA employment law, compliance, and benefits administration.
• Ability to create scalable, data‑driven processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions and geographies.
