About the role
This senior position leads the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of enterprise‑level experiential marketing programs across Ireland and globally. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on event delivery to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen customer relationships within a remote‑first culture.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a portfolio of in‑person events, executive programs, sponsorships, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
- Develop event‑driven pipeline strategies, including target account lists, opportunity goals, attendee engagement plans, and post‑event follow‑up in partnership with sales and business development.
- Manage end‑to‑end event operations: agency coordination, vendor management, venue sourcing, production schedules, AV, catering, logistics, staffing, swag, contracts, and budget oversight.
- Build integrated event marketing campaigns across email, social, paid media, partnerships, and content to attract high‑value accounts.
- Monitor and report on metrics such as sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, event ROI, attendance, and deal acceleration.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, partnerships, content, design, and marketing operations to ensure alignment.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and market intelligence to improve planning, research, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as primary accountability for assigned events, proactively managing risks and stakeholder communication.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B experiential marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, preferably in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital services.
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale events that generate pipeline and influence revenue.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
