Senior Manager – Oracle ERP/HCM Programme & Project Management

About the role

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle ERP or HCM programmes and projects for its largest clients. You will combine technology expertise with strong stakeholder management to drive end‑to‑end transformations from strategy through to post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on Oracle ERP/HCM strategy.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle – estimating, scoping, solution design, proposal development, implementation, change management and hypercare.
• Design and implement Oracle ERP (Finance, Supply Chain) or Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Analytics) solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Represent PwC as an Oracle thought leader at industry events and drive user adoption through effective training.
• Oversee data migration, security and compliance, embedding best practices for regulatory and operational excellence.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to building an inclusive, high‑performing practice.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience scoping, selling and implementing Oracle ERP or HCM suites.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM technical architecture.
