Senior Manager, Web Strategy and Performance

About the role

As a Senior Manager of Web Strategy and Performance, you will own the performance of Nitro’s global web experience and drive measurable improvements in conversion, pipeline and revenue. This high‑impact role sits at the intersection of digital strategy, CRO, analytics, SEO and paid performance, working closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize the visitor journey from first click to closed deal.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Nitro’s global web strategy with a focus on conversion performance across acquisition and revenue funnels.
• Define, track and report on core website KPIs such as visitor‑to‑lead conversion, trial and demo sign‑ups, landing‑page performance, eCommerce revenue and pipeline contribution.
• Identify friction points and opportunities throughout the digital customer journey and prioritize initiatives based on measurable business impact.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for conversion optimization, experimentation and performance improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Performance & Ops, Brand, Product Marketing and eCommerce teams to align tactics and drive cross‑functional execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in web strategy, digital performance or CRO within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record of translating web initiatives into revenue growth, pipeline contribution or eCommerce results.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using experimentation to inform decisions.
• Ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders across product, marketing and sales functions.
