Senior Marketing Leader

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Senior Marketing Leader to shape and execute the marketing strategy for our enterprise and SaaS growth agenda. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery in a fast‑moving, scaling B2B technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy and day‑to‑day execution for enterprise and SaaS offerings.
• Identify, test and apply AI tools to boost campaign productivity, content creation and customer insight.
• Develop clear product positioning, messaging and value propositions for target segments.
• Design and run account‑based marketing programmes in close partnership with sales.
• Own inbound and demand‑generation initiatives that generate qualified pipeline.
• Translate go‑to‑market priorities into campaigns, content and programmes for new business and account expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and account management to improve lead generation, conversion, retention, cross‑sell and upsell.
• Manage and develop a small marketing team, raising capability while maintaining high execution standards.
• Use data, market insight and customer feedback to refine messaging and channel performance.

Required profile

• Senior B2B marketer comfortable shaping direction and delivering work personally.
• Experience in a scaling technology business with limited resources and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Proven ability to align marketing with enterprise sales and a lighter‑touch SaaS motion.
• Strong collaboration skills with commercial teams and ability to work with strong personalities.
