Senior .Net Developer

About the role

Our client, a long‑standing international insurer, is expanding its engineering team and seeks a Senior .Net Developer to help build and enhance modern cloud‑based platforms. You will work on scalable, distributed applications that support core insurance operations across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clean, well‑tested C#/.NET Core code following engineering standards.
• Write unit and functional tests to ensure high code quality before release.
• Participate in peer code reviews and enforce static‑analysis guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects to implement best‑practice design patterns and distributed/message‑based solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of a cloud‑native technology stack.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core.
• Hands‑on experience with distributed or message‑based architectures.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Self‑driven attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
