About the role

Keywords is a global services platform for video games, providing technical, localization and quality‑assurance expertise to leading publishers. The Senior Production Manager will drive growth and operational delivery for strategic accounts, overseeing worldwide localization and QA programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Portfolio Directors and Globalize Client Engagement team to create strategies that increase profitability and operational footprint.
• Own a global client programme, proposing actions to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop and implement long‑term Localization & QA strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Participate in high‑level decision‑making, providing insights on how Localization & QA support market expansion.
• Manage complex client budgets, forecasting, and financial planning for Localization & QA initiatives.
• Allocate resources across multiple projects and regions, making higher‑level financial decisions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for Localization & QA quality and effectiveness.
• Handle crises such as major quality issues, vendor failures, or unexpected market changes.
• Design workflows and onboard teams for Localization & QA services and technology implementations.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, fostering a growth mindset.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in production or operations management within the gaming or localization sector.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous projects and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
