Senior Project Manager – Cloud Migration (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive a global, multi‑year cloud migration programme for regulatory reporting platforms. The role is hybrid, based in Dublin, and works across technology, finance, risk and regulatory teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi‑year cloud migration programme for regulatory reporting platforms.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, cloud governance and regulatory control frameworks.
• Coordinate delivery across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada and LATAM regions.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external vendors, including AXIOM and cloud infrastructure providers.
• Partner with Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders globally.
• Provide programme management and PMO leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain and track programme roadmaps, migration strategy and delivery plans.
• Manage governance reporting, status updates and stakeholder communications.
• Run project working groups and governance forums to monitor progress.
• Support definition of business, operational and technical requirements with SMEs and delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale cloud migration and regulatory reporting programmes in complex financial services environments.
• Strong programme governance and delivery background.
• Experience in Tier 1 bank regulatory reporting implementations.
• Understanding of financial products such as debt, equity and commodities.
• Hands‑on experience with Scaled Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global organisations across multiple time zones.
• High ownership, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
