Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead residential development projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality outcomes on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update the construction programme in partnership with the Contracts Manager, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Oversee project quality throughout the lifecycle, guaranteeing that build standards meet client expectations.
• Control project costs, manage preliminaries and packages, and keep financial performance tightly monitored.
• Maintain proactive communication with the client team, providing regular updates on claims, delays, and overall progress.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing project teams.
• Demonstrated experience planning and delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong numeracy, report‑writing capabilities, and an understanding of commercial realities.

• Computer literacy.
