Senior Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end product development projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to scope. You will apply structured project‑management methodologies and guide cross‑functional teams through the company’s gate‑review process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing and supply‑chain.
• Plan, schedule, manage risks, track issues, allocate resources and control budgets.
• Enforce the product development process and change‑control compliance.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication with internal teams and external partners, including OEMs and research collaborators.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes using formal change‑control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards for electronic devices with embedded RF connectivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project‑management experience in electronics product development.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science or Technology.
• Formal project‑management qualification (PMP preferred) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects and external partnerships.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
