Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our construction sector recruitment activities in Dublin. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and candidates, driving business development and delivering tailored hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Meet clients face‑to‑face on a weekly basis to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen and present candidates that match pre‑qualified specifications.
• Create and tailor job advertisements for each client.
• Conduct searches using internal databases, job boards, online tools and incoming applications.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified construction professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong business development and client‑management skills.
• Ability to balance client and candidate responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter licence.
