Senior Recruitment Consultant – Data, AI & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a senior recruitment consultant to build and lead our Data, AI & Automation practice in Dublin. You will own the market, develop client relationships and become the go‑to expert for technology talent in this fast‑growing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and scale a specialist Data, AI & Automation recruitment desk.
• Generate new business and expand existing client accounts.
• Conduct consultative meetings with technology leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end permanent recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and nurture talent networks and communities.
• Deliver high‑quality shortlists and ensure exceptional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, preferably in technology.
• Commercially driven with a track record of winning new business.
• Strong understanding of data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and intelligent automation markets.
• Ability to work autonomously and shape a new practice.

Required skills

• Full‑cycle recruitment (client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation).
• Business development and relationship management.
• Knowledge of the technology talent landscape in Data, AI and Automation.
