Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our construction sector team in Dublin. You will act as the vital link between our clients and top talent, driving business growth while delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new and maintain existing client relationships through business development and sales calls.
• Manage and grow current client accounts, identifying further sales opportunities.
• Meet clients face‑to‑face on a weekly basis to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen and present candidates that match pre‑qualified specifications.
• Write and tailor job advertisements to client requirements.
• Conduct searches using our database, incoming applications, job boards and online tools.
• Build and maintain a network of talented candidates for the construction market.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong business development mindset with a focus on client relationship management.
• Ability to balance client and candidate responsibilities effectively.
• Motivation to achieve uncapped earnings and pursue continuous professional development.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter licence
