About the role

Fruition Group Ireland is expanding its new Dublin office and is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow a specialist technology desk. You will work alongside top Irish recruiters, developing long‑term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers across permanent and contract roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own specialist recruitment desk within the technology market.
• Develop strong relationships with technology candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver recruitment solutions for both contract and permanent positions.
• Grow existing accounts into long‑term client partnerships.
• Source high‑quality candidates through proactive networking and market research.
• Establish a personal brand within the technology recruitment sector.
• Mentor junior consultants as the Dublin team expands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness and solid negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast‑paced setting.
