About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing US construction and engineering division from our Dublin office. You will play a pivotal role in building a specialist market in the United States while being supported by an established international recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a specialist desk focused on the US construction and engineering sector.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture client relationships across the United States.
• Source, engage, and manage high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions from brief to placement.
• Collaborate closely with Irish and US teams to drive growth.

Required profile

• Previous agency recruitment experience within the construction industry (full‑cycle 360).
• Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and commercially driven.
• Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Desire for long‑term career progression and international opportunities.
