About the role
Deloitte Digital Dublin is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead transformational projects for public and private sector clients. You will apply user‑centered design principles to create end‑to‑end services that deliver measurable impact and align with Deloitte’s purpose of driving positive progress.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive service solutions using proven service design methodologies.
- Manage project timelines and quality to ensure timely delivery and maximum stakeholder impact.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships across all organisational levels.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the studio.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate technology, strategy, and design.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in end‑to‑end service design, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong human‑centered design mindset with the ability to translate research insights into actionable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Required skills
- Service design methodologies and tools.
- User research (qualitative and quantitative).
- Stakeholder engagement and facilitation.
