Senior Site Reliability Engineer (B2B Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on a B2B contract to drive reliability, scalability and performance of mission‑critical platforms that support global healthcare operations. You will work in an international, cloud‑focused engineering team, championing automation, observability and operational excellence across distributed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead reliability and operational excellence initiatives for production and cloud services.
• Define, implement and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs and error budgets.
• Design and maintain scalable, resilient cloud‑native architectures with strong automation.
• Build and optimise Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting solutions for proactive incident response.
• Drive incident management, root‑cause analysis and post‑incident improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, product and vendor teams globally.
• Mentor engineers and share reliability best practices.
• Perform capacity planning, performance analysis and long‑term scalability assessments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or similar roles.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with AWS; experience with Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation and Git‑based workflows.
• Experience implementing reliability frameworks (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets).
